EU: We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

US: We have a 28-day return policy. You have 28 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase.

How to request a return or cancellation

Sign in to your customer account and go to your orders. Select the order you'd like to return or cancel and follow the on-screen steps. You'll receive an email confirmation once your request is submitted.

• Cancellations can be requested before your order has been shipped.
• Returns can be requested within:
  • EU: 14 days of receiving your item.
  • US: 28 days of receiving your item.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exceptions 

We cannot accept returns on gift cards. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.

Exchanges 

Return the item you have, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU customers - right of withdrawal 

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel before shipment or return it within 14 days of receiving your last item, for any reason and without justification - including sale items. Your item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 calendar days. Note: your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
